Break Free From OCD!
Welcome to OCD Relief! I’m Lindsey Maykowski, LPC, and I provide specialized telehealth therapy for individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, and trauma throughout Virginia and Florida.
OCD can be exhausting. Intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance seeking, and avoidance can begin to take over your time, relationships, and sense of freedom. My goal is to help you understand the cycle of OCD, build confidence in responding differently, and work toward getting back to the life you want.
My approach draws from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll work in a supportive space to face difficult thoughts and feelings while developing new ways of responding.
Whether you’re looking for traditional weekly therapy or need more focused support through extended intensive sessions, treatment is tailored to your needs and your pace.

Need more time and space to work through OCD? Extended sessions provide focused, uninterrupted time to dive deeper into treatment, practice new skills, and work through challenges without the pressure of 50-minute session
Ongoing weekly sessions provide a consistent space to address challenges related to OCD, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we focus on building insight, developing coping skills, and creating meaningful change through evidence-based, collaborative therapy.
OCD doesn't just affect the person with the diagnosis. It can affect relationships and the people who care about them. I provide supportive therapy for couples and families navigating the impact of OCD, anxiety, and trauma, with a focus on communication, understanding, and healthier patterns of support.
